Winbox05 Terms & Conditions – Official Platform Usage Policy

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the winbox05 platform — including the website, mobile app or related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on winbox05 must be conducted through payment methods approved by the platform. Accepted methods include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and various other local banks.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is MYR 10 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits must be made in the same account holder's name — deposits in another person's name are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is MYR 30 unless otherwise stated.

General terms applicable to all winbox05 bonuses:

• Use of bots or unauthorized software: Using computer programs or automated scripts to play or interact with the platform.
• Cashback abuse: Deliberately placing bets in a calculated manner to qualify for cashback without genuine risk.

10Limitation of Liability

Winbox05 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as internet outages, hardware failures or natural disasters.
• Loss or theft of account due to user negligence in safeguarding login information security.
• Accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties on the platform.

The maximum liability of winbox05 to any user is limited to the value of deposits made within 30 days prior to the claim in question.

11Account Termination

You may close your winbox05 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any legitimate balance in your account will be returned after the verification process is completed.

Winbox05 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
